Completely aware that I have turned into one of those headcases that is forever talking about natural remedy this, natural remedy that, etc etc - but I’m really geeking out right now after noticing my store bought, cheapy apple cider vinegar is growing a Mother! This couldn’t come at a better time because i’m currently off work sick and seeing the Mother floating at the top of my bottle makes me feel like whatever’s going on inside that glass it’s doing exactlyyy what it should be doing.
And i’m obsessed with the concept of vinegar Mothers in themselves, haha. It’s like something out of a sci-fi film. Mother will look after you ;)
Also, I want to start making my own water Kefir, does anybody in Wellington/New Zealand make their own and would be able to give me a starting point of where to get the grains and a quick run through? I’d be so grateful. I’d bake you a cake, or something!
